Foto: Beatrice T\u00f6rnros<\/figcaption><\/figure>\u2013 F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande p\u00e5g\u00e5r arbetet med att omvandla G\u00f6teborg fr\u00e5n en stad som genomkorsas av en m\u00e4ngd st\u00f6rre trafikleder till en sammanh\u00e5llen och f\u00f6rt\u00e4tad stad som planeras utifr\u00e5n g\u00e5ngtrafikanter, cyklister och kollektivtrafikpassagerares villkor, s\u00e4ger Bj\u00f6rn Siesj\u00f6, stadsarkitekt p\u00e5 stadsbyggnadskontoret i G\u00f6teborgs stad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mer \u00e4n 5&nbsp;000 nya bost\u00e4der per \u00e5r<\/strong><br \/>\nNya bost\u00e4der byggs p\u00e5 flera h\u00e5ll i G\u00f6teborgsregionen, b\u00e5de i form av f\u00f6rt\u00e4tningsprojekt och helt nya stadsdelar. Staden kommer att beh\u00f6va ett tillskott p\u00e5 drygt 5000 nya bost\u00e4der per \u00e5r under de kommande \u00e5ren.<br \/>\n\u2013 Det byggs \u00e4ven m\u00e5nga nya bost\u00e4der i miljonprogramsomr\u00e5dena, d\u00e4ribland Biskopsg\u00e5rden och Fr\u00f6lunda\/Tynnered. Ytterligare ett intressant projekt \u00e4r Gullbergsvass och Backa\u00adplan, som omvandlas fr\u00e5n externt k\u00f6pcentrum till en t\u00e4t stadsdel med s\u00e5v\u00e4l bost\u00e4der som handel. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r bara n\u00e5gra exempel p\u00e5 sp\u00e4nnande bostads- och stadsutvecklingsprojekt i v\u00e5r region. Den historiskt h\u00f6ga byggtakten v\u00e4ntas h\u00e5lla i sig i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r fram\u00f6ver, s\u00e4ger Bj\u00f6rn Siesj\u00f6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4stsvenska paketet<\/strong><br \/>\nI infrastruktursatsningen V\u00e4stsvenska paketet ing\u00e5r flera projekt, d\u00e4ribland nya Marieholmstunneln, neds\u00e4nkningen av E45 mellan Lilla Bommen och Marieholm samt V\u00e4stl\u00e4nken som \u00e4r cirka \u00e5tta kilometer l\u00e5ng, varav drygt sex kilometer kommer att best\u00e5 av tunnel. Projektet omfattar \u00e4ven tre underjordiska stationer som kommer att byggas vid G\u00f6teborgs central, Haga och Korsv\u00e4gen.<br \/>\nYtterligare ett intressant projekt \u00e4r stationsomr\u00e5det i G\u00f6teborg, som under de kommande \u00e5ren genomg\u00e5r en omfattande utvecklingsprocess.
