Foto: Anette Persson<\/figcaption><\/figure><strong>Genomgripande digitaliseringar har gjort it och telekombranschen till en av de viktigaste motorerna f\u00f6r syssels\u00e4ttning och ekonomisk tillv\u00e4xt. Men den fortsatta tillv\u00e4xten hotas av bristen p\u00e5 spetskompetens. Det visar en ny rapport fr\u00e5n IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kompetensbrist inom it-sektorn har l\u00e4nge varit aktuell fr\u00e5ga. I 2012 \u00e5rs rapport fr\u00e5n IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen uppskattades bristen p\u00e5 personal med it-kompetens under en tre\u00e5rsperiod till cirka 30&nbsp;000 personer. I en rapport fr\u00e5n 2015 kunde man l\u00e4sa att det var stark efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 framf\u00f6r allt mjukvaru-\/systemutvecklare och att branschen sysselsatte runt 202&nbsp;000 personer.<br \/>\nDen senaste rapporten fr\u00e5n i h\u00f6stas visar en mer f\u00f6rdjupad bild av l\u00e4get. Syssels\u00e4ttningen i den digitala industrin \u00e4r just nu cirka 308&nbsp;000 och den f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade siffran p\u00e5 underskottet av it-relaterad kompetens \u00e4r 70&nbsp;000 fram till 2022.<br \/>\n\u2013 Digital teknik \u00e4r idag integrerad i det dagliga arbetet inom i stort sett alla f\u00f6retag och verksamheter. F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en uppfattning om hela it-sektorns omfattning m\u00e5ste vi d\u00e4rf\u00f6r addera alla de specialister som har it- och telekom-yrken inom andra sektorer och branscher \u2013 s\u00e5som finans, handel, industri och offentlig verksamhet, s\u00e4ger Fredrik von Essen som \u00e4r n\u00e4ringspolitisk expert p\u00e5 IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olika tekniker knyts ihop<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e5gra exempel p\u00e5 utvecklingsomr\u00e5den inom it \u00e4r elektronisk handel och utveckling av betalningss\u00e4tt. N\u00e4r produkterna kommer n\u00e4rmare anv\u00e4ndarna blir ocks\u00e5 mobil kommunikation viktigare med fler \u201dsmarta\u201d objekt som interagerar med varandra. D\u00e4rtill st\u00e5r v\u00e5rden och myndigheter inf\u00f6r en genomgripande digitalisering av sina verksamheter.<br \/>\nSett till antalet verksamma personer dominerar bristen idag inom programmering och systemarkitektur. Men inom en fem\u00e5rsperiod v\u00e4ntas det \u00e4ven bli skriande brist p\u00e5 kvalificerade dataanalytiker och it-\/informationss\u00e4kerhetsexperter.<br \/>\n\u2013 Det som \u00e4r extra sp\u00e4nnande med digitaliseringen \u00e4r hur tekniken knyts ihop med flera olika till\u00e4mpningar och kompetenser. H\u00e4r kommer vi bland annat att se ett kraftigt \u00f6kat behov av systemutvecklare som kan analysera data och vidareutveckla den, s\u00e4ger han.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It-utbildningar beh\u00f6ver kvalitetss\u00e4kras<\/strong><br \/>\nKompetensbehovet inom it- och telekombranschen \u00e4r enligt rapporten b\u00e5de akut och strukturellt, vilket inneb\u00e4r en rad n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder, och inte enskilda insatser.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vi beh\u00f6ver framf\u00f6r allt n\u00e5 beslutsfattare som kan se \u00f6ver utbildningsv\u00e4sendet och kvalitetss\u00e4kra de h\u00f6gre it-utbildningarna, s\u00e4ger Fredrik von Essen och till\u00e4gger att yrkesh\u00f6gskolorna har f\u00e5tt mer resurser sedan 2015, men att s\u00f6ktrycket och genomstr\u00f6mningen hos flera av utbildningarna fortfarande \u00e4r svag.<br \/>\n\u2013 Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 fortsatt sv\u00e5rt att locka kvinnor till it-sektorn och f\u00e5 personer med utl\u00e4ndsk bakgrund att stanna. H\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver myndigheter som Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen och Migrationsverket bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att samverka med varandra, forts\u00e4tter han.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personliga egenskaper viktiga<\/strong><br \/>\nRapporten f\u00f6resl\u00e5r bland annat rej\u00e4l satsning p\u00e5 att \u00f6ka antalet internationella toppstudenter som s\u00f6ker sig till svensk h\u00f6gskola och i f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningen till svensk arbetsmarknad. Vidare vill man se fler fortbildningar f\u00f6r olika yrkesroller inom exempelvis programmering.<br \/>\n\u2013 H\u00f6gre tekniska utbildningar st\u00e5r fortfarande h\u00f6gt i kurs n\u00e4r man s\u00f6ker jobb inom it-sektorn, men vi ser att fler f\u00f6retag \u00e4ven premierar andra personliga erfarenheter som kreativitet och samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, forts\u00e4tter han.<br \/>\nI rapporten efterfr\u00e5gas verklig insikt hos politiker om den f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringskraft digitaliseringen och globaliseringen inneb\u00e4r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Kompetensbristen inom it-sektorn \u00e4r en av v\u00e5r tids st\u00f6rsta utmaningar.
