F\u00f6r att inte bromsa samh\u00e4llets digitala omst\u00e4llning kr\u00e4vs att dessa fr\u00e5gor tas p\u00e5 st\u00f6rsta allvar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag riskerar att f\u00f6rlora aff\u00e4rer p\u00e5 grund av kompetensbrist. D\u00e5 h\u00e5ller det inte att branschen fr\u00e4mst attraherar m\u00e4n, rekryteringsbasen beh\u00f6ver vara bredare \u00e4n s\u00e5.<br>\u2013 Alla vinner p\u00e5 en j\u00e4mst\u00e4lld it- och techbransch. \u00c4nd\u00e5 g\u00e5r utvecklingen f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngsamt. Det \u00e4r verkligen positivt att j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhets- och m\u00e5ngfaldsfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r har hamnat h\u00f6gre upp p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagens strategiska agendor. Dessa fr\u00e5gor b\u00f6r hanteras som strategiska ledningsfr\u00e5gor med stark koppling till aff\u00e4rsnytta, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg, f\u00f6rbundsdirekt\u00f6r f\u00f6r IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen. Hon har tidigare varit regeringens Chief Digital Officer och ansvarig f\u00f6r digitalisering p\u00e5 SKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representativ bemanning<\/strong><br>Hon p\u00e5pekar att samh\u00e4llets digitalisering, som it- och techbranschen i allra h\u00f6gsta grad spelar en central roll i, \u00e4r ett samh\u00e4lls\u00f6vergripande paradigmskifte som ritar om kartan f\u00f6r framtiden. Det st\u00e4ller krav p\u00e5 att det finns en representativitet inom branschen s\u00e5 att olika perspektiv beaktas n\u00e4r man bygger framtidens samh\u00e4lle. Ut\u00f6ver aff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssiga f\u00f6rdelar g\u00f6r ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsarbete ocks\u00e5 branschen roligare, mer attraktiv och utvecklande att verka i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u00e5ngsiktigt och systematiskt<\/strong><br>Hennes r\u00e5d till it- och techf\u00f6retag som vill v\u00e4ssa sitt j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsarbete \u00e4r att ta fr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 allvar genom att agera och betrakta det som en m\u00f6jlighet och aff\u00e4rskritisk ledningsfr\u00e5ga som b\u00f6r genomsyra hela organisationen.<br>\u2013 Var beredd att arbeta systematiskt, integrerat och l\u00e5ngsiktigt med j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsfr\u00e5gan i er organisation. Dra l\u00e4rdom av de f\u00f6retag som kommit l\u00e5ngt och verkligen lyckats. Det finns verkligen stora m\u00f6jligheter och hopp, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nystart f\u00f6r Womentor i \u00e5r<\/strong><br>Womentor, som \u00e4r ett f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrings- och ledarskapsprogram f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag i it- och telekombranschen som vill \u00e5tg\u00e4rda snedf\u00f6rdelningen mellan andelen kvinnor och m\u00e4n, \u00e4r ett initiativ fr\u00e5n IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen som har drivits sedan 2006 och som efter ett \u00e5rs uppeh\u00e5ll har nystartat i \u00e5r. Initiativet har mottagits v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l av branschen och m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag \u00e4r engagerade.<br>\u2013 Womentors huvudsakliga syfte \u00e4r att \u00f6ka hela branschens, och de enskilda f\u00f6retagens, f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att attrahera och beh\u00e5lla de b\u00e4sta talangerna oavsett om de \u00e4r m\u00e4n eller kvinnor. Inom ramen f\u00f6r Womentor s\u00e4tter alla deltagande f\u00f6retag upp \u00e5rsvisa j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsm\u00e5l som sedan f\u00f6ljs upp, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<br>Huvudfokus ligger p\u00e5 att \u00f6ka andelen kvinnor p\u00e5 chefsposition, och utvecklingen \u00e4r positiv om \u00e4n fortsatt l\u00e5ngsam.
