Ledarskapsprogrammet Womentor syftar till att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda snedf\u00f6rdelningen mellan andelen kvinnor och m\u00e4n p\u00e5 branschens ledande positioner genom att \u00f6ka andelen kvinnliga chefer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 En av mina chefer nominerade mig till Womentor; jag betraktade det som en bra m\u00f6jlighet att utbyta erfarenheter med andra kvinnliga chefer i it-branschen och att utvecklas i min ledarroll. Det k\u00e4ndes ocks\u00e5 bra att ha tillg\u00e5ng till en erfaren extern mentor, s\u00e4ger Alexandra S\u00f6derlund, konsultchef p\u00e5 CGI. Hon \u00e4r systemvetare och har arbetat p\u00e5 CGI sedan examen 2014, de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren som konsultchef.<br>Womentor startades som ett initiativ av IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8221;Womentor fyller en viktig funktion som ett forum.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bepr\u00f6vat och genomt\u00e4nkt koncept<\/strong><br>Via Womentor, som p\u00e5g\u00e5r i ett \u00e5r, tr\u00e4ffas adepterna regelbundet i mindre grupper. Dessutom tr\u00e4ffas adepter och mentorer minst en g\u00e5ng i m\u00e5naden.<br>\u2013 Jag tilltalades av att Womentor \u00e4r ett bepr\u00f6vat och genomt\u00e4nkt koncept som bidrar till utveckling f\u00f6r s\u00e5v\u00e4l mentor som adept. Alexandra fick styra vad vi skulle tala om under v\u00e5ra tr\u00e4ffar, och hon valde fr\u00e4mst ett brett ledarskapsinriktat fokus, s\u00e4ger Ia-Pia Emanuelsson, Sverigechef p\u00e5 Zalaris, som utvecklar systeml\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r HR-sektorn. Zalaris \u00e4r ett norskt bolag med ett femtiotal medarbetare i Sverige. Hon var Alexandras mentor via Womentor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>St\u00e4rker varandra i karri\u00e4ren<\/strong><br>\u2013 F\u00f6r mig var det j\u00e4ttebra att tvingas stanna upp och fundera kring min ledarroll och min egen utveckling inf\u00f6r och under tr\u00e4ffarna. P\u00e5 v\u00e5r f\u00f6rsta tr\u00e4ff fick vi hj\u00e4lp att formulera konkreta och m\u00e4tbara m\u00e5l f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt deltagande p\u00e5 s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6retags- som individniv\u00e5. Det gav oss en tydlig riktning f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra tr\u00e4ffar under resten av \u00e5ret, s\u00e4ger Alexandra S\u00f6derlund.<br>\u2013 Jag var imponerad av alla de drivna kvinnor som synliggjordes via Womentor, och vilken h\u00f6g kvalitet det \u00e4r p\u00e5 programmet. Jag \u00e4r \u00f6vertygad om att Womentor fyller en viktig funktion som ett forum d\u00e4r kvinnliga chefer och blivande chefer i it-sektorn st\u00e4rker varandra och pushas att v\u00e5ga ta n\u00e4sta steg i sin karri\u00e4r. Samtidigt \u00e4r mentorskapet bara en pusselbit i arbetet med att \u00f6ka andelen kvinnliga ledare.
