Enligt \u00c5sa Zetterberg, f\u00f6rbundsdirekt\u00f6r IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagen, v\u00e4ntar ett kompetensunderskott p\u00e5 70&nbsp;000 it-experter \u00e5r 2024 om inte kraftfulla \u00e5tg\u00e4rder vidtas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Den digitala omst\u00e4llningen, som p\u00e5skyndats ytterligare med anledning av coronakrisen, medf\u00f6r en kraftigt \u00f6kad efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 digitala l\u00f6sningar s\u00e5som videom\u00f6ten, molntj\u00e4nster och e-handel. F\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta denna efterfr\u00e5gan beh\u00f6vs det innovativa f\u00f6retag och kunniga medarbetare som utvecklar och underh\u00e5ller digital infrastruktur och digitala tj\u00e4nster, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Utvecklare, AI, s\u00e4kerhet och 5G<\/strong><br>Systemutvecklare, specialister inom AI, it-s\u00e4kerhet, anv\u00e4ndbarhetsdesign, spelutveckling samt 5G-teknik \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de kompetenser d\u00e4r bristen \u00e4r som st\u00f6rst just nu.<br>\u2013 Det \u00e4r naturligt att kompetensbristen \u00e4r som st\u00f6rst inom just dessa omr\u00e5den eftersom det \u00e4r starka och i viss m\u00e5n relativt nya trender och kompetenser. Samtidigt r\u00e5der det ett fortsatt stort underskott p\u00e5 viktiga grundkompetenser som systemutvecklare och programmerare. Nya utmaningar vad g\u00e4ller dataskydd, GDPR och cybers\u00e4kerhet driver efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 s\u00e4kerhetsspecialister. M\u00e4nniskors krav p\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndbarhet och genomf\u00f6randet av EU:s nya Tillg\u00e4nglighetsdirektiv, kommer att g\u00f6ra anv\u00e4ndbarhetsdesign till ett \u00e4nnu viktigare kompetensomr\u00e5de f\u00f6r techf\u00f6retagen, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<br>Kompetensbristen inneb\u00e4r, enligt \u00c5sa Zetterberg, att m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag inom techsektorn tvingas tacka nej till uppdrag eftersom de saknar tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e5nga medarbetare med r\u00e4tt kompetens.<br>\u2013 Det inneb\u00e4r i sin tur att techbolagen inte kan v\u00e4xa och utvecklas i den takt de \u00f6nskar. Kompetensbristen h\u00e4mmar tillv\u00e4xten och hindrar att nya jobb kommer till, vilket f\u00f6rst\u00e5s \u00e4r allvarligt, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8221;Att Sverige f\u00e5r fler med digital spetskompetens \u00e4r n\u00e5got hela samh\u00e4llet och v\u00e5r konkurrenskraft vinner p\u00e5.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6kande kompetensunderskott<\/strong><br>2020 \u00e5rs rapport var IT&amp;Telekomf\u00f6retagens fj\u00e4rde kompetensrapport. Trenden med ett kompetensunderskott i techsektorn \u00e4r l\u00e5ngsiktigt, men \u00c5sa Zetterberg betonar att obalansen mellan tillg\u00e5ng och efterfr\u00e5gan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkts p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r, och till\u00e4gger samtidigt att behovet av techkompetens i hela samh\u00e4llet vida kommer att \u00f6verstiga 70&nbsp;000 personer om inte r\u00e4tt \u00e5tg\u00e4rder vidtas.<br>\u2013 Sj\u00e4lvklart har techsektorn ett eget ansvar att kontinuerligt jobba med kompetensutveckling, st\u00e4rka branschens attraktivitet och erbjuda sp\u00e4nnande utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter. Dessutom beh\u00f6ver branschen jobba aktivt och l\u00e5ngsiktigt med j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhets- och m\u00e5ngfaldsfr\u00e5gor. Samtidigt kvarst\u00e5r det faktum att rekryteringsunderlaget \u00e4r f\u00f6r litet, inte minst med tanke p\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga it-utbildningar endast har mellan 10 och 20 procent kvinnliga studenter, s\u00e4ger \u00c5sa Zetterberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategiskt forum<\/strong><br>En av de viktigaste \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna f\u00f6r att r\u00e5da bot p\u00e5 kompetensbristen \u00e4r, enligt \u00c5sa Zetterberg, att regeringen tar initiativ till att inr\u00e4tta ett strategiskt h\u00f6gniv\u00e5forum som bevakar, koordinerar och agerar f\u00f6r att r\u00e5da bot p\u00e5 bristen av digital spetskompetens i samh\u00e4llet i stort.<br>\u2013 Att Sverige f\u00e5r fler med digital spetskompetens \u00e4r n\u00e5got hela samh\u00e4llet och v\u00e5r konkurrenskraft vinner p\u00e5. Det \u00e4r inte bara techsektorns utmaning, utan snarare en samh\u00e4llsfr\u00e5ga. Den globala konkurrensen om kompetensen \u00e4r dessutom knivskarp. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r regeringen visa i handling att man tar fr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 stort allvar. Initiativ till ett strategiskt forum \u00e4r ett viktigt och relativt enkelt f\u00f6rsta steg. L\u00e4rdomar kan dras fr\u00e5n exempelvis Bredbandsforum och forum f\u00f6r v\u00e5rdens kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning.
