Ett av tre globala f\u00f6retag har sv\u00e5rt att rekrytera r\u00e4tt it-kompetens. Intern rekrytering och kompetensutveckling blir allt viktigare f\u00f6r att tillgodose behoven av it-kompetens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt den globala rapporten The New Age of Tech Talent fr\u00e5n rekryteringsbolaget Experis blir det viktigare att i framtiden rekrytera mer baserat p\u00e5 mjuka kompetenser, som initiativf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och att kunna kontinuerligt tillgodog\u00f6ra sig ny kompetens. Enligt Michael Egnell, vd p\u00e5 Experis Sverige, kan mjuka f\u00e4rdigheter i kombination med ett gediget kompetensutvecklingsprogram minska kompetensbristen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dj\u00e4rvare arbetsgivare<\/strong><br>\u2013 I Sverige \u00e4r bristen allra st\u00f6rst p\u00e5 cybers\u00e4kerhetsexperter, mjukvaru- och apputvecklare, projektledare samt databas- och n\u00e4tverksexperter. Samtidigt sprider sig kompetensbristen globalt, vilket inneb\u00e4r att det inte l\u00e4ngre g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rlita sig p\u00e5 internationell kompetens f\u00f6r att \u00f6verbrygga kompetensgapen p\u00e5 den svenska it-arbetsmarknaden. De mjuka kompetenser som fr\u00e4mst efterfr\u00e5gas \u00e4r p\u00e5litlighet, kreativitet och initiativtagande, s\u00e4ger Michael Egnell.<br>I rapporten har 39&nbsp;000 personer som arbetar med rekrytering i 40 l\u00e4nder deltagit. Dessutom har \u00e5tta globala experter inom tech och rekrytering deltagit i djupintervjuer.<br>\u2013 Arbetsgivare beh\u00f6ver vara dj\u00e4rvare och mer strukturerade i sina rekryterings- och medarbetarstrategier f\u00f6r att motverka kompetensbristen inom tech. F\u00f6r att \u00f6verbrygga kompetensgapen b\u00f6r de \u00e4ven satsa mer p\u00e5 att kompetensutveckla medarbetare som arbetat i organisationen i ett par \u00e5r, s\u00e4ger Michael Egnell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8221;Vi rekommenderar fler arbetsgivare att ta emot praktikanter och exjobbbare.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kommer saknas 70&nbsp;000 specialister<\/strong><br>Branschorganisationen TechSverige prognostiserar att det 2024 kommer att saknas 70&nbsp;000 it-specialister i den privata sektorn. Programmerare inom backend och frontend, Data Scientists och projektledare var de kompetenser som efterfr\u00e5gades mest n\u00e4r TechSverige gjorde en kartl\u00e4ggning av den privata sektorns kompetensbehov. Ut\u00f6ver det tillkommer offentlig sektors efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 it-specialister.<br>\u2013 Vi rekommenderar fler arbetsgivare att ta emot praktikanter och exjobbbare. Vi ser ocks\u00e5 att fler f\u00f6retag arrangerar egna internships som kan attrahera nyexade it-specialister till deras verksamhet. Vi beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 forts\u00e4tta arbeta konsekvent f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldheten i branschen, d\u00e5 bara 30 procent av it-specialisterna p\u00e5 dagens arbetsmarknad \u00e4r kvinnor, s\u00e4ger Ana Andric, n\u00e4ringspolitisk expert p\u00e5 TechSverige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Addera tech<\/strong><br>TechSverige har \u00e4ven lanserat addera tech, en satsning som ska f\u00e5 fler yrkesverksamma att ta steget in till tech genom att skola om sig eller komplettera sin befintliga utbildning med it-orienterade h\u00f6gskolekurser. Genom att addera tech till sin utbildning blir de attraktiva p\u00e5 en bristarbetsmarknad.<br>\u2013 Ett problem \u00e4r att genomstr\u00f6mningen p\u00e5 it-utbildningar \u00e4r l\u00e5g. Det g\u00e4ller b\u00e5de inom h\u00f6gskolan och yrkesh\u00f6gskolan. Vi tappar helt enkelt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga studenter som av olika sk\u00e4l inte fullf\u00f6ljer sin utbildning.
